The Villalobos Rescue Center has a show on Animal Planet. They rescue pit bulls and employ parolees. Throughout the show, there have been multiple wonderful adoption moments. Here are summaries and compilation of those moments.
Humperdink is an old dog that finally got his chance to get adopted. He met with a woman who was very happy to see him. When Humperdink was brought to his new owner’s backyard, he just lay down.
Bridgette had been waiting a long time to bring Humperdink to her home. Unfortunately, the dog passed away three weeks after getting adopted. Still, he experienced what it’s like to be in a good home.
Next, there was Veronica, who got adopted by a kind man named Leo. One of the employees, named Marcel, checked his backyard to see if it’s a suitable place for a pit bull. There was a 4-foot fence, but Leo assured that he would not leave Veronica unsupervised.
Then there was Bootstrap, who got adopted by a man who has cancer. He needed a daily companion when his family is away for work and school. Bootstrap had a terrible past, his mouth was shut closed with wires, but now he is in a home with people who cherish him.
Polo was a dog who got fostered by Mariah and Marcel from the Villalobos. She got adopted by a family who was looking for another dog to be the best friend of their existing dog. The family dog, Chase, welcomed Polo with enthusiasm. The two dogs became good friends because of their similar energy.
Floky was a dog who got adopted into a big family. There were other dogs that he had to get along with before they proceed to bring him home. The other dogs, Delta and Whiskey, were very welcoming, and they all played at the owner’s backyard.
