Corgis are known for having short and stout legs. And although they look adorably cute in their tiny structures, their small body can sometimes cause them inconvenience and limitations. This is especially true for Tonic, and he has experienced this ever since he was a tiny pup. Because of how petite he is, even more than your usual Corgi, he can’t jump or leap very high, unlike other dogs.
And unlike most dogs, Tonic could not jump up onto his parents’ couch. They have to pick him up from the ground and place him wherever he wants to be. Tonic feels left out, especially since his brother, Gin, has longer legs than him and can easily jump onto their parents’ couch with ease.
Their parents thus had thought of an idea to help out Tonic in the most creative way possible. They went to the pet store and got Tonic his own personal couch, corgi-size. When Tonic had first seen his very own couch, he got curious and sniffed it. And he finally did what he always had wanted to do: he hopped on it!
It was clear that Tonic was super delighted with the gift. Tonic loved his couch so much that they were inseparable. It has been a while since Tonic got the couch, but every day for him feels like he just got it. He’s aware that it’s just for him, and he barely leaves it as if telling his brother Gin not to steal the couch from him.
Although Tonic now has his own, personal, and comfy couch, he still likes to be picked up by his parents and plop on their couch from time to time. But if you want to look for Tonic, you know where he’ll be. He’ll be in his personal haven, on his favorite couch, chewing his toys.
